Rumba Flamenco Guitar in Cochrane, What a week it’s been!
I began by week flying to Calgary last Friday for a solo rumba flamenco guitar performance at the Spring is in the Art Show.
It’s the middle of April so we kind of laughed as it was snowing a lot the evening before I arrived. It was more like “Winter is still in the Air”! The picture on your right is the Cochrane Ranch House where I performed Friday and Saturday.
My performance was a blast and what a fantastic group of artists! I’m looking forward to returning to the event again next April 2013.

As a mater of fact, I had so much fun playing for everyone that I returned to the event Saturday to play solo guitar again from 11am to 3pm.
From there it was a rush back to the Calgary Airport to return my car.
Next I was off to Vancouver again for a solo rumba flamenco guitar performance up on the roof top of the Hotel Vancouver for an event for the University of Michigan.

The event on the roof was really a room on the 15th floor known as the “Roof Top” This event went from 6pm to 8pm then it was time to head home.
Today, Monday, it’s back to reality and here I sit spend my morning doing my year end books.
Yuck!!!
